On Thursday March 7, 2024, DiFrancesco Bateman’s Martin Allen, Esq. is scheduled to speak at the New Jersey Chapter International Association of Assessing Officers 21st Annual Tax Appeal Seminar. Mr. Allen will be presenting along with Tom Olson, Esq. on the subject of “Hot Topics in Tax Appeals”. The discussions will focus on the ramifications of tax assessors making changes to assessments without a formal districtwide reassessment, revaluation or compliance plan, as well as the case law on this subject matter.
