Jeff Pompeo has been nominated for the “Legion of Honor Award” given by The Four Chaplains Foundation, in conjunction with the NJ Ancient Order of Hibernians and The American Legion.

The award recognizes individuals who demonstrate exceptional, selfless service to others and humanitarian efforts, without regard to race, ethnicity or faith.

A ceremony will take place in Clifton, NJ on October 18, 2026 and will celebrate both the 250th anniversary of our nation and the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Legion of Honor Program in 1951, which recognizes the historic actions of the Four Chaplains, who “demonstrated extraordinary bravery and sacrifice” during World War II.
