We applaud the New Jersey Supreme Court’s adoption of a “Business Litigation Track” for commercial litigation. This business specific litigation track will have a significant impact upon how commercial litigation is handled in the years to come. This specialized business litigation program will provide our business clients with access to Judges who have specialized knowledge in commercial disputes and will permit litigation to be discussed and hopefully resolved in a cost-effective manner to the benefit of our business clients.
