Brian S. Davis is a Partner at DiFrancesco Bateman. He is adept in all phases of the litigation process with numerous successful trials in Superior Court and Municipal Court. He understands the challenges both inside and outside the courtroom. Brian is also experienced in efficient alternate dispute resolution proceedings keeping the client interests first and foremost. 

Brian graduated from Villanova University School of Business in 2010, earning a B.A. in Marketing with a minor in Business Law & Corporate Governance. In 2013, Brian received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law where he was a 3L Senator for the Student Bar Association and Captain of the Seton Hall School of Law Softball team. Prior to graduation, Brian worked as a Judicial Intern for Justice Barry T. Albin of the New Jersey Supreme Court and as a Legal Intern for the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.

Upon graduation from law school, Brian served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Yolanda Ciccone, A.J.S.C., the Honorable Edward M. Coleman, P.J. Ch., and the Honorable Thomas C. Miller, P.J. Cv. in Vicinage 13 (Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties). Brian was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 2014 and the New York State Bar in 2017. Brian was also admitted to the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey in 2023.  He practices in the area of litigation, with an emphasis in the areas of insurance defense and personal injury. Moreover, Brian has ample experience as a Municipal Prosecutor in multiple towns in Somerset and Hunterdon County.

Brian served on the Young Alumni Advisory Council at Villanova University from 2016 to 2025.  He is currently a Vice President for the New Jersey Defense Association and has held that position since 2025. He is also a Board member for the PeopleCare Center For Nonprofits which is a private nonprofit organization in Somerset County, NJ providing stable, affordable rents to nonprofit agencies and organizations at below market cost. Outside of work, Brian is an avid golfer and an accomplished amateur golfer as he has successfully reached the New Jersey MidAm Championship on three (3) occasions with a recent 9^th place finish in 2025, and the New Jersey Four-Ball Championship on two (2) occasions.
