Nicholas F. Pompelio has a multifaceted practice, focusing primarily on the needs of plaintiffs, particularly in matters concerning personal injury, wrongful death and civil litigation. He has also prosecuted and defended municipal matters.

While studying at New England School of Law, Nicholas F. Pompelio lived in the Czech Republic and studied international criminal and environmental law at Charles University in Prague. Also while in law school, he participated as a member of the New England Law Review, focusing his research and writing on the relation between contract theories and modern business practices.

Following graduation, Nicholas F. Pompelio served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas J. Critchley, Jr., J.S.C. at the Morris County Superior Court, where he assisted several Superior Court judges and conducted mediations in the areas of juvenile, family and civil law. Prior to joining DiFrancesco Bateman, Nicholas F. Pompelio was an associate attorney of Pompelio, Foreman & Gray, LLC.
