Robert P. Manetta is a litigation attorney in both employment and business matters. He is well-versed in all phases of the litigation process and has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He routinely advises executive-level clients on a broad range of business and employment issues.

Bob graduated from Sacred Heart University’s Jack Welch College of Business in 2011. He earned his J.D. from Touro Law School’s Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2016, where he served as the Founding President of the Federal Bar Association’s Eastern District of New York Student Chapter; an AmeriCorps JD Equal Justice Fellow and Public Interest Law Fellow.

During law school, Bob gained valuable experience as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Martin I. Efman of the Suffolk County, New York Supreme Court and as a clinical intern with the Veterans and Service Members Rights Clinic.

Following graduation, Bob served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Patricia Del-Bueno Cleary of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Monmouth County. He was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2016.

In addition to his litigation practice, Bob serves as General Counsel for MXR Imaging, Inc., a national medical equipment distribution company.
