Michael Silbert
Michael Silbert graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 2018, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Business and Political Science. He then graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2021, where he earned a Juris Doctor degree and was admitted to the bar of the State of New Jersey in 2021.
Michael concentrates his practice in land use, redevelopment and real estate law, as well as, municipal law and COAH matters. Before joining the firm, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Freda L. Wolfson, Chief Judge, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. As a law student, he served as Senior Editor of the Cardozo Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition Honor Society and received the following accolades as both a competitor and coach: First Place Overall at the 2021 UCLA Transactional Law Competition; Second Place Overall at the 2021 South Texas College of Law Energy Law Negotiation Competition; the 2020 Cardozo Course Prize in Negotiation Theory & Skills, and Second Place Overall at the 2019 New York Law School Intellectual Property Negotiation Competition.
