Jonathan G. DelMonte concentrates his practice in Labor & Employment and Education Law matters. Jonathan has represented employers and employees in various areas of labor and employment litigation, with a focus on discrimination, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims. His experience also includes special education litigation representing school districts in hearings before the Office of Administrative Law and at the New Jersey Superior Court.

Before joining the firm, Jonathan worked on personal injury matters at the Law Office of John J. DelMonte and interned with sports agent Leigh Steinberg of Steinberg Sports & Entertainment. During law school, Jonathan focused his scholarship on employment and civil rights law and interned with the Harris County Attorney’s Office in Houston, Texas.
