The law and regulation of non-profit organizations has become more complex in recent years due, in part, to the increased scrutiny of all forms of business entities. The DiFrancesco Bateman Non-Profit Practice Group has the experience and background to be able to meet the needs of non-profit organizations regarding management, oversight and taxation. Attorneys in the practice group have served on non-profit boards, formed, and managed non-profit organizations, and provided advice on all aspects of these organizations. We routinely apply to the IRS for 501(c)(3) status for charitable organizations.
