DiFrancesco Bateman has decades of experience in advising public and independent schools, as well as families, in dealing with special education issues. We have represented school districts in labor negotiations and tenure hearings, advised our clients on general school law issues, and appeared before PERC and in Administrative Law Court on nonrenewal and tenure charges. We have also represented families in their efforts to secure their children’s rights under the IDEA.
