Land use projects handled by the firm include residences, shopping centers/supermarkets, child care centers, dog day care facilities, industrial facilities, home improvement centers, restaurants, hotels, banks, solar array development, and personal care facilities.

The Land Use & Redevelopment Law Practice Group also represents both local governments and redevelopers seeking to develop properties that have fallen into disuse for a variety of factors, including environmental conditions. The attorneys have experience in all aspects of the redevelopment process, from the preliminary investigation stage through the drafting and negotiation of the redevelopment agreement.
