Basmah E. Raja is an Associate Attorney at DiFrancesco, Bateman, Kunzman, Davis, Lehrer & Flaum, P.C. in Warren, New Jersey.  Basmah joined the firm in June of 2023. Basmah is admitted to the Bar in the State of New Jersey.  Basmah specializes in providing legal services and representation to individuals and their families in the areas of employment and education law. Her experiences include labor and employment litigation stemming from wrongful termination and discrimination claims, as well as, experience in representing school districts in special education matters. 

Basmah graduated and received her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2021. Prior to joining the Firm, Basmah completed an internship at the Education Law Center in Philadelphia and after graduation she clerked for the Honorable Michael E. Erdos at the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.

Rachel E. Campbell is an Associate at DiFrancesco Bateman. Rachel is skilled in all aspects of the litigation process. Rachel has a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape. She has successfully represented clients in diverse areas, including but not limited to insurance defense, personal injury claims, contract disputes, and commercial litigation.

In addition to her civil practice, Rachel is an Assistant Municipal Court Prosecutor in numerous townships throughout Morris, Somerset, and Hunterdon County. Rachel also represents victims of domestic violence in restraining order hearings.

Rachel is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and The Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America. Upon graduation from law school, Rachel served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Robert A. Ballard Jr. P.J.Civ. in both the Civil and Family Law Divisions of Warren and Somerset County. While clerking, she assisted in the preparation of both oral and written decisions, as well as conducted mediations in the areas of family, and civil law. Rachel was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 2022.

Kevin Hewitt Jr. graduated from Michigan State University in 2009, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Pre-Law. He then graduated Cum Laude from Thomas Cooley Law School in 2012, where he earned a Juris Doctor degree and was admitted to the bar of both the State of New Jersey and the State of Michigan in 2013.

Kevin concentrates his practice in insurance defense litigation, construction defect litigation, and all municipal court matters including both defense and prosecution, where he is the primary municipal prosecutor in the shared courts of Bedminster, Bernard’s Township, Bernardsville, and Peapack Gladstone as well as the back-up municipal prosecutor in multiple other municipalities in New Jersey. Before joining the firm, Kevin practiced law primarily in Somerset and Middlesex Counties for over 6 years, where he concentrated his practice on mainly criminal defense, personal injury litigation, and municipal court defense. Kevin has extensive experience in all phases of litigation of both criminal and civil including trials, where he has handled multiple jury trials from start to finish.
