Partner, Matt Dorsi, obtains another defense verdict

Matthew Dorsi Matthew Dorsi, a member of the firm, recently successfully represented a defendant in a trial before Judge Coleman in Somerset County. Matt obtained a verdict in favor of the defendant arising from an automobile accident that took place on January 13, 2015. Plaintiff, a 68 year old retired customer service representative, was stopped at a traffic light in Franklin Twp. Our client and another car were involved in an accident in the intersection causing our client’s car to hit the front of plaintiff’s car. As a result of the accident plaintiff alleged herniation of 4 Cervical discs, shoulder pain and an injury to her left knee. After deliberating 15 minutes, the jury determined the injuries were not permanent, and therefore Plaintiff was not entitled to a recovery.
