After a four day trial before Judge Ironson in Morris County, Matthew Dorsi, a member of the firm, obtained a verdict in favor of the defendant arising from an automobile accident. Plaintiff, a 36 year old physical therapist, was driving his car when he was rear-ended by the firm’s client. As a result of the accident he alleged a herniation at L4-5 with radicular symptoms down his left leg. He had no prior history or medical treatment for any of the alleged injuries to his lower back or left leg. The jury determined the injury was not permanent, and therefore Plaintiff was not entitled to a recovery.
