Paul Rizzo’s practice encompasses personal injury litigation, medical malpractice, commercial litigation and representation of victims of crimes in civil litigation, as well as business transactions. Paul also has significant experience in the representation of public entities, including the Boroughs of Raritan, South Plainfield and New Providence.

He is a member of the Somerset County Bar Association and has co-chaired its Civil Practice Committee. In the past, he has served as a member of the District XIII Ethics Committee, as a Borough Attorney for the Borough of Raritan, and as the attorney for the Raritan Borough Board of Adjustment and the Raritan Borough Public Library. He has also served as condemnation counsel for the Townships of Toms River and Edison.

Paul was the recipient of the 2013 Professional Lawyer of the Year award for Somerset County.

Paul has been invited to be a member of the Fellowship of Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation only trial lawyer honorary society established to reflect the new face of the American Bar. Membership is limited to 3,500 fellows representing less than one-half of 1% of American lawyers.
