Michael L. "Mickey" Marcus concentrates his practice in general litigation matters, including business litigation, personal injury, divorce and family law, criminal and municipal court, as well as real estate and wills.

Mickey previously served as in-house legal counsel for a large private company in New York City. Upon returning to private practice in New Jersey, Mickey has used his extensive legal knowledge and experience in private practice along with the skills he acquired as corporate counsel to represent clients in an efficient and effective manner.

Mickey was previously elected as a councilman in Scotch Plains and was selected to serve as Deputy Mayor. His experience in municipal government has given him additional skills and perspective in finding solutions for clients involved in various legal matters and disputes.
