John Russo concentrates in civil litigation. He has extensive experience in defense of claims of bodily injuries related to: construction accidents, premises and motor vehicle accidents. John represents municipal defendants in claims brought under the Tort Claims Act. He is often sought by major insurers for his advice and representation in defense and coverage issues related to motor vehicle accidents.

John is certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, he served as the law clerk for the Major League Baseball Players Association.

John is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Order of the Barristers. He formerly served on the Long Hill Township Board of Education. John is currently on the Board of Long Hill Township Little League and coaches softball.
