Jeffrey Pompeo’s practice areas include litigation, contract law, wills, trusts and estates, estate administration, estate litigation, real estate and municipal court. He also represents and counsels non-profit organizations. Jeffrey serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer.

Jeffrey has served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Passaic County and a Law Clerk for the Honorable Theodore W. Trautwein, NJ Superior Court, Appellate Division in Hackensack. From 1994 to 1999 he was Counsel and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Passaic County Interfaith Hospitality Network, a New Jersey non-profit organization. He has also served on the School Board for both St. Philip School and Paul VI High School in Clifton.

Jeffrey has also worked in the television field, hosting the game show “In the Know” from 1996 to 1998 and producing and hosting the talk and entertainment show “Close Up” from 1996 to 2000. In addition, he produced and narrated a 60-minute documentary for the State of New Jersey entitled “Dare to Dream: A History of Crime Victims’ Rights in New Jersey.”

During Pope Francis' visit to the United States in September 2015, Jeffrey was interviewed on NJTVNews in a segment entitled: “Free Tickets to See Pope Francis Sell for Hundreds Online”.

Jeffrey is a trustee of the Richmond Foundation, Living Waters Teen Family Foundation and NJ Crime Victims’ Law Center and is a former trustee of the North Jersey Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Jeffrey has published over 150 articles on legal and non-legal topics and has been a columnist for Jersey Insider since 2005.
