Dayna Katz concentrates in the areas of labor and employment litigation. The employment litigation practice involves representation of both employers and employees, with particular focus on claims associated with discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment and retaliation pursuant to New Jersey and federal employment statutes. In addition, she counsels employers on various aspects of labor and employment law to help ensure compliance.

Dayna also performs work in the Business Law & Transactions Department, wherein she is involved in all types of complex real estate, banking and business transactions.

During law school, Dayna was an intern with the Honorable Francis Antonin (retired), Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson County, Civil Division and the Honorable Margaret M. Hayden, Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex County, Family Part.
