Danielle Harper

David Wadyka handles a wide range of litigation, including commercial litigation, construction litigation, white collar criminal defense, intellectual property counseling and litigation, and securities litigation. He is a member of the Construction Law and Securities Litigation Committees of the New Jersey Bar Association.

From 1973 to 1998, David served as a Judge Advocate of the United States Air Force Reserve, in both active duty and reserve capacities. He retired in 1998 as a Lieutenant Colonel. He was an Assistant Prosecutor in Essex County from 1977 to 1979 and a Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice from 1979 to 1988 specializing in business and securities fraud investigations and prosecutions. After his government service, he entered private practice, concentrating in white collar criminal defense and commercial/business litigation. He also developed concentrations in construction law, healthcare law, and intellectual property, including business counseling and litigation related to these three areas of the law.
