Andrew Miller concentrates his practice in environmental law, toxic torts, insurance coverage, construction defects, and general liability. Drew primarily handles matters related to alleged chemical releases onto lands and waters, claims of bodily injury and disease from exposure to chemicals from environmental releases and exposure to chemicals and products in the workplace, products liability actions, claims of faulty construction against general contractors and subcontractors, and various general liability matters. He also has significant experience in insurance coverage litigation.

Prior to joining the Firm, Drew had extensive experience representing individuals and corporations in a variety of civil matters across the State of New Jersey. He also has several years' experience in adjusting complex casualty claims at a major insurance company. During law school, Drew participated in the Seton Hall Civil Litigation Clinic and served as Associate Editor for the Seton Hall Circuit Review. He also interned with Magistrate Judge Mark Falk of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is admitted to practice in all of the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey.
