Stacy Sbailo

Alyssa L. Chabak concentrates her practice in Labor & Employment and Education Law. Her employment litigation practice includes representing both employers and employees in State and Federal courts and is focused on discrimination, sexual harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, wrongful discharge and whistleblower claims pursuant to New Jersey and Federal employment law statutes. In addition, Alyssa has experience in counseling clients on employment separation agreements, restrictive covenants and employee policies and procedures. Her practice also includes representation of parents of students with special needs.

Prior to joining our firm, Alyssa served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Hany A. Mawla in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Somerset County, Law Division and Special Civil Parts. Alyssa also received AOC accreditation in mediation for small claims, landlord-tenant and family law disputes and was recognized as having mediated the highest number of cases to successful resolution during the 2014-2015 term.

During law school, Alyssa worked as a legal intern for the in-house counsel at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
