Albert Cruz focuses his practice in representing public entities, business transactions and real estate transactions. Albert is well-known for his knowledge and experience in representation of public bodies, including countries, municipalities and land use. He provides counsel for public entities on all aspects of government, including development, re-development, affordable housing, zoning and planning, as well as every aspect of their day-to-day operations.

He currently represents the Township of Chatham and the Borough of Frenchtown.
